We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with industry standards while respecting the time-charter nature of our operation.

Guest Cancellations

• 7+ days before your charter -Full refund of all payments.
• 7-3 day before departure -100% credit will be applied to a future booking
• 72- 48 hours before departure -50% refund
• Less than 48 hrs – Cancellations are non-refundable
• No-shows or late arrivals -Your charter may be shortened or cancelled without refund, as our vessel must maintain its scheduled movements and arrival times for subsequent bookings.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

All weather and safety decisions are made by the Captain.  If we determine that conditions are unsafe to operate, you will receive your choice of:

• A full refund, or
• A 100% credit toward a future booking

If conditions are safe but you prefer not to travel, the booking is treated as a guest cancellation under the terms above.
