1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you book an appointment through our Site, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor — see Section 4)
- Booking details (service selected, date, time, and any notes you provide)
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect:

1.3 Google Calendar Data
If you are an administrator using our Site’s booking system, we integrate with your Google Calendar to synchronize bookings. Specifically, we access and use Google Calendar data to:
- Create new calendar events when a client books an appointment.
- Update existing calendar events when a booking is modified or rescheduled.
- Delete/cancel calendar events when a booking is canceled.
- Read calendar availability to prevent double-booking and keep the admin dashboard accurate.
We do not access, read, or use any Google Calendar data unrelated to bookings made through our Site (e.g., personal, unrelated calendar events are not accessed beyond what’s necessary to check for scheduling conflicts).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage bookings and payments
- Synchronize bookings with the connected Google Calendar in real time
- Send automated notifications to clients and administrators about new, upcoming, modified, or canceled bookings
- Maintain an accurate administrative dashboard
- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Improve and maintain the functionality of our Site
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google Calendar data to provide and improve the booking synchronization features described in this policy.
- We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or marketing purposes.
- We do not sell Google user data to third parties.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, (b) it’s necessary for security purposes, (c) it’s needed to comply with applicable law, or (d) it’s aggregated and anonymized and used strictly to improve our application.
4. Payment Processing
